Having worked locally in Edgware, Middlesex for 10 years, Melvin realised his own potential to offer a unique level of service and hence in 1993, Melvin Jacobs Estate Agents was created. The company was further bolstered in 2015 with the creation of a partnership with Simon Finn, combining the vast experience of both Melvin and Simon.

Simon Finn BSc (Hons) MRICS: Owner

Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, Simon has worked in the property management field for over 25 years. He is an expert on Block Management and deals with all issues in a professional and efficient manner. Having joined Melvin Jacobs a few years ago, he now owns the company and is looking forward to ensure that post Brexit, Melvin Jacobs Estate Agents remains the premier Agency in Edgware. Simon is a qualified EMT and volunteers for Hatzalah Emergency Medical Service Organization. He is married with five children and manages property in the UK and Israel.

Stuart Hyams: Senior Sales Negotiator

Stuart has been selling property in Edgware for over 30 years. He is an excellent negotiator and through his extensive client base, is able to sell properties that other agents have difficulty in selling. He is married with two daughters and is a huge Barnet Football fan.

Samantha Sunshine: Property Manager

Samantha lives up to her name and always brings a ray of sunshine with her whenever she comes to the office. She has been with Melvin Jacobs for 24 years and plays a very important role within the Company. Samantha assists Simon Finn in our Management Department along with being his PA. She also assists all the sales negotiators with the preparation of sales particulars, and is responsible for the day to day secretarial/admin side of the office. Samantha has two daughters and a dog called Molly.
